SSB (Service Selection Board) Centers

SSB (Service Selection Board) Centers

It is basically a personality and intelligence test, developed by Indian armed forces to recruit talented young Candidates for the challenging Carrier of Indian army.
This test is one of the lengthiest recruiting test all over the world as it lasts for 5 days excluding journey time to respective centers.
There are many ways to join Indian army, which might or might not include written tests but candidates always face SSB.
The interesting thing regarding this test is that it's not developed to check the physical strength of candidates but rather to check their mental strength including their way of reacting against situations, communication skills,Mental balance,judgement.self-confidence,decision making, courage, positivity, love and loyalty toward the nation.
Armed forces take help of Private and Government Psychologists along with their own trained officers to carry on these tests.
After clearing the SSB part, candidates still need to undergo medical exam and then they need to appear on the all India merit list.
Due to the nature of this carrier, many candidates took part in SSB and hence make the competition very hard and healthy.
